Voucher Sales Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Core Skills

- Communication & Negotiation:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients.
- Lead Generation:
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM tools.
- Sales Activities:
- Comfortable with calling, client meetings, and field sales when required.

- Good convincing and relationship-management abilities to build and maintain client relationships.

Experience & Qualifications

- Educational Background:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
- Relevant Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales,



business development, retail, corporate sales, or voucher/gift card sales.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Experience in gift vouchers, gift cards, loyalty programs, fintech, retail, e-commerce, or corporate sales is preferred.
- Networking Skills:
- Strong network among corporate clients, retailers, or local businesses is an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote voucher sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
