About SISYA CLASS

SISYA CLASS is an EdTech startup focused on making quality education affordable and accessible for students in Grades 1–10. We are hiring a full-time English Teacher who can strengthen students’ language skills and help them communicate confidently.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging English classes covering grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing and spoken English.
- Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with the assigned grades and curriculum.
- Develop presentations, worksheets, quizzes and assessments.
- Adapt lessons to students with different learning levels.
- Improve students’ pronunciation, fluency and communication skills through interactive activities.
- Conduct demo classes and provide feedback on students’ learning needs.
- Track academic progress and coordinate with mentors to support improvement.
- Maintain punctuality, classroom discipline and timely academic reports.




- Participate in academic meetings, training and curriculum development.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of school-level English; CBSE/ICSE experience preferred.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and manage interactive classes.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- B.Ed. and prior EdTech experience are an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
