About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with strong experience working with a real estate developer / developer firm, particularly on PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) and residential projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of large-scale residential developments. Experience in handling projects from concept/design development through construction and coordination will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural design and development for residential and PMAY projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed design documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, liaison, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review design proposals and ensure compliance with project requirements, development regulations, and applicable building codes.
- Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor architectural execution at site and resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Review GFC drawings and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely issuance.
- Assist in design optimization, value engineering, and effective utilization of project resources.
- Coordinate with statutory and approval teams for drawings and documentation wherever required.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical/design inputs to resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure architectural deliverables are completed within project timelines and quality standards.




- Review and approve drawings prepared by junior architects and design teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and track design revisions and project deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably with a real estate developer / property development company.
- Strong hands-on experience in residential projects.
- Mandatory/strongly preferred experience in PMAY projects.
- Good understanding of residential planning, building design, development regulations, and construction processes.
- Experience in handling projects from design development to execution.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Strong consultant and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good understanding of working drawings, GFC drawings, construction details, and site execution.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
