Hotel Bosquet is looking for a skilled and responsible Indian Chef to join our hotel restaurant team in Mahanad, Hooghly.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of Indian dishes as per hotel standards.
- Prepare Bengali, North Indian and other Indian cuisine.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
- Handle daily food preparation, cooking and kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Ensure proper use and storage of food ingredients.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team during service.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an Indian Chef/Cook is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian cuisine.
- Experience in Bengali cuisine will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined.




- Willingness to work in a hotel restaurant environment.
