Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, IndiaMART, Alibaba, LinkedIn, etc.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Generate, update, and follow up on sales leads.
- Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, product details, and other sales documents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until enquiry conversion.
- Update all customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Accounts, Dispatch, and other departments.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending follow-ups.
- Support the sales team with daily reports and documentation.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
- Assist in identifying current business opportunities through online research.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
