About the Role

We are looking for an Estimator & Sales Coordinator based in India to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients via email. You will communicate with inbound leads, introduce our services, read and analyze 2D drawings/plans, prepare accurate cost estimations, and manage all client communications throughout the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all primary email communication with incoming leads and clients.
- Introduce Aussie Stairs, explaining our product offerings and custom staircase/balustrade solutions.
- Review and interpret 2D architectural drawings, plans, and project specifications provided by clients.
- Prepare detailed and accurate project cost estimations based on drawing assessments and project scopes.
- Handle end-to-end follow-ups and inquiries via email to convert leads into completed sales orders.
- Maintain clear record-keeping of incoming requests, quotes issued, and client statuses.





What We’re Looking For

- Drawing Interpretation: Strong ability to read and access 2D technical drawings, blueprints, or architectural plans.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written English skills with strong professional email etiquette.
- Estimation Background: Prior experience in cost estimation, quantity takeoff, or sales coordination within construction, building materials, architectural metalwork, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative capabilities, and prompt response habits.
- Setup: Reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet connection to work independently in a remote setup.
