Procurement Executive – Construction Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Executive with experience in construction procurement to manage material sourcing, vendor coordination, price negotiation, and timely delivery of materials to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Source construction materials from reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to understand material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and verify the quality and quantity of materials received.
- Follow up on pending orders, supplier issues, and invoice processing.




- Monitor material costs and support procurement within approved budgets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials, market rates, and vendor management.
- Positive negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Experience with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.

Preferred Experience: Construction materials procurement, site purchasing, and interior finishing materials.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
