Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing designs for our products, marketing campaigns, social media, packaging, advertisements, and other company communication materials. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

- Create designs for product packaging, labels, brochures, posters, banners, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Develop promotional creatives for current product launches, offers, festivals, and marketing campaigns.
- Work on product photos, image editing, retouching, and basic photo manipulation.
- Prepare artwork according to printing and production requirements.
- Maintain consistency in company branding, colours, fonts, and visual identity.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Management teams to understand design requirements.
- Create designs for company events, recruitment advertisements, notices, presentations, and internal communications.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely completion of assigned design tasks.
- Maintain and organize design files, source files,



images, and other creative assets.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media, and FMCG marketing trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Canva and other digital design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and branding.
- Basic knowledge of photo editing and image retouching.
- Ability to create social media content in different formats and dimensions.
- Knowledge of print-ready artwork and printing specifications.
- Good creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / Degree / Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

- 0–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Experience in FMCG, food products, packaging, advertising, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Experience in designing product labels and promotional materials is preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
