Job Title: Accountant – Tally & GST

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with good working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, and day-to-day accounting operations.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling routine accounting work, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare GST working and assist with filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform GST reconciliation, including GSTR-2B and Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and related compliance.
- Coordinate with CA for GST returns, income tax, and annual accounts.




- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
- Strong understanding of GST accounting and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Practical experience in GST-related work is essential.

Salary: Based on experience and skills.
