Brand Merchandiser – Harison Chocolates

About the Role

Harison Chocolates () is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Brand Merchandiser to manage the day-to-day brand presence and execution of Harison products at Bengaluru Duty Free.

The role will be responsible for ensuring excellent brand promotion & sales, product visibility, availability, merchandising standards and brand execution, while working closely with the Duty Free team and Harison’s commercial and brand teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure product availability, visibility and correct placement across designated Bengaluru Duty Free outlets.
- Maintain brand merchandising standards, including shelf/display presentation, planograms, POSM and promotional materials.
- Monitor stock levels, identify out-of-stock / low-stock situations and coordinate with the relevant teams for replenishment.
- Ensure products are correctly displayed with accurate pricing, promotions and product information.
- Conduct regular store visits and provide daily/weekly reports on stock, sales, visibility, competitor activity and execution.
- Track and report SKU-wise sales and inventory performance and highlight key opportunities or concerns.




- Coordinate with Duty Free store staff to ensure Harison products receive appropriate visibility and support.
- Support the execution of promotions, sampling activities, recent product launches and seasonal activations.
- Monitor competitor brands and pricing, and provide market and consumer insights to the Harison team.
- Ensure all brand displays and activations are implemented according to Harison’s guidelines.
- Build strong working relationships with Duty Free staff and relevant store teams.
- Support other brand and commercial initiatives at the airport as required.

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, FMCG, retail, travel retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in FMCG / food / confectionery / luxury retail / duty free would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of retail merchandising and in-store execution.
- Basic to good Excel and reporting skills.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of brand presentation.
- Willingness to work in an airport retail environment and coordinate closely with store teams.
- Candidates with experience in Bengaluru Duty Free or airport retail will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
