eQ is preparing for its upcoming launch, and we're looking for a creative and growth-focused Freelance Social Media Strategist to support our pre-launch and launch campaign.The role will focus mainly on social media strategy, organic growth, content planning, audience engagement, and campaign ideas. Our creative team will handle the design and visual content, so we're looking for someone who can bring strong strategic and marketing ideas.Responsibilities

- Develop a pre-launch social media strategy
- Plan content for Instagram and other social platforms
- Create engaging Reel and short-form video ideas
- Suggest content themes and campaign concepts
- Research our target audience and competitors
- Improve organic reach and engagement
- Suggest suitable hashtags, keywords and posting strategies
- Monitor basic social media insights
- Recommend which content could be suitable for paid promotion
- Support the eQ launch campaign
- Provide weekly performance insights and recommendations

Requirements

- Experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Valuable understanding of Instagram and short-form content




- Knowledge of organic social media growth
- Creative thinking and campaign planning skills
- Basic understanding of Instagram/Meta analytics
- Previous experience with education, technology or startup brands is a plus
- Freelancers and independent professionals are welcome to apply
