Job Description

Luminarch Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to supervise construction activities and ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction quality and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and project teams.
- Check materials and ensure proper usage at the site.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure proper execution of structural and finishing works.
- Maintain daily site records and progress reports.




- Follow required safety standards and site procedures.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of residential construction and site activities.
- Strong technical and site supervision skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and workforce effectively.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.
