Ø Providing information regarding cashless process and eligibility to the Insurance/ TPA & Corporate patients

Ø Initiating the pre authorization/ credit letter within the specified time limit

Ø Cashless process with relevant required documents

Ø Enhancement process

Ø Coordinating with IP and doctors for the query reply

Ø Reimbursement Form Data Process

Ø Maintaining Valuable rapport with Patients

Ø Consent Form Process Handling

Ø Verification and dispatch of Bill

Work Location: Gopalapuram

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
