Technical Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for systems, applications, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Linux servers, VoIP dialers, SIP, and network connectivity.
- Monitor server performance, services, logs, and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot dialer and outbound calling issues.
- Handle basic networking, DNS, IP, firewall, and routing issues.
- Prepare daily technical support and performance reports using MS Excel.
- Use Excel formulas, filters, and Pivot Tables for reporting.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support / IT Support.
- Experience in the same or similar industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of Linux, VoIP, SIP, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
