We are hiring Customer Services Associate – Non-Voice Process candidate.
Experience : 0 - 3 Years
Process Type: Domestic Non -Voice – Customer Support
Working Days: 5 days a week
Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
Shift: Rotational shifts
Joining: Immediate
Age Limit: Below 32 years
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform non-voice tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Read and write in Tamil to support customer communication.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and maintain quality standards.
- Update records and systems with accurate information.
- English communication skills required.
Requirements:
- Excellent Verbal Communication in English & Tamil.
- Regional language proficiency preferred.
- Ability to read and translate their Native language fluently.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
