Role Summary

Weavaa Designs is looking for a creative, trend-aware Content Creator who can plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content that makes our brand feel premium and aspirational. You’ll create Reels, photos, stories, and short-form videos that drive enquiries, walk-ins, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan weekly content themes (bridal, occasion wear, current arrivals, BTS, client stories, styling tips).
- Shoot product videos & photos in-store / on-model (Reels, lookbooks, detail shots, fabric close-ups).
- Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) with strong hooks, transitions, subtitles, and music sync.
- Create daily stories: new arrivals, offers, polls, Q&A;, behind-the-scenes, packing orders.
- Maintain a consistent premium aesthetic (lighting, framing, colors, brand tone).
- Work closely with designers to highlight craftsmanship, uniqueness, and comfort features.
- Organize and maintain a structured content library (raw + edited, tagged by category/date).
- Coordinate model sourcing (internal/external), styling, props, and shoot schedule.
- Support festival/seasonal campaigns (Onam, Vishu, wedding season, Eid, Christmas,



etc.)
- Website product updates

Required Skills

- Strong mobile shooting skills (iPhone/DSLR Camera) + AI Generation + basic lighting knowledge.
- Editing proficiency: CapCut / VN / InShot / Premiere Rush (any is fine).
- Understanding of Instagram trends, hooks, retention, and storytelling.
- Fashion sense: ability to showcase fit, drape, silhouette, detailing.
- Ability to deliver consistently (not occasional bursts).

Good to Have

- Basic Canva skills for posters, story templates, highlights.
- Experience shooting bridal / boutique / luxury products.
- Familiarity with Pinterest content formats.

KPIs (Success Metrics)

- Reels output per week, saves/shares, enquiry DMs/WhatsApp leads, walk-in/sales attribution.
- Consistency + quality: weekly content delivered as per plan.
