Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing project billing, quantity measurements, BOQs, client bills, and supporting documentation while coordinating with site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and running bills as per project requirements.
- Verify quantities, measurements, BOQ items, and work completion at site.
- Prepare and maintain MB (Measurement Book), quantity sheets, billing statements, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, Clients, and Accounts teams for billing-related activities.
- Check work measurements and ensure billing is prepared as per BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract terms.
- Track bill submissions, approvals, deductions, and payment status.




- Prepare variation statements, extra-item bills, reconciliation statements, and cost-related reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and records for all billing activities.
- Identify discrepancies in measurements or billing and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Assist in quantity estimation and project cost monitoring whenever required.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in construction/project billing.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, measurements, RA Bills, and client billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and billing procedures.
- Robust analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site and office teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
