Position: HR Compliance Manager / Executive

Experience: 5–10 Years

Location: Indore

Industry: Automobile Dealership – Sales & Service

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS & statutory compliances.

- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Minimum Wages, Bonus & Gratuity.

- Manage Payroll, Attendance & statutory deductions.

- Maintain employee records, statutory registers & documentation.

- Handle Contract Labour / Outsourced Manpower compliance.

- Manage licences, registrations & renewals.

- Handle Labour Department, PF/ESIC inspections & audits.

- Prepare monthly/annual compliance reports & MIS.

- Ensure POSH,



Shops & Establishment and other applicable compliances.

- Handle employee statutory queries, F&F; and exit compliance.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA/PGDM – HR preferred.

- 5–10 years relevant experience in HR Compliance / Payroll.

- Automobile Dealership experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws & Payroll.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel & HRMS.

- Strong communication, documentation & coordination skills.
