CRM EXECUTIVE – TELUGU SPEAKING

The candidate will primarily communicate with Telugu speaking customers and should be

able to understand their requirements, provide appropriate information, follow up on pending

matters, and ensure timely resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other

communication channels.

 Communicate effectively with Telugu speaking customers.

 Conduct regular follow-ups with customers wherever required.

 Receive and record customer complaints and concerns.

 Track pending customer issues and follow-ups.

 Maintain proper records of complaints and their resolution.

 Follow up with customers regarding orders, requirements, deliveries, pending

information, and other commitments.

 Support customer retention through regular communication and follow-up.

 Identify customer dissatisfaction at an early stage.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

Mandatory:

Telugu – Fluent

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

 Graduate in any discipline.

 Candidates with solid Telugu communication skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
