About the Role

We are looking for a presentable, polite, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom in Sector 57, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably with a clothing brand, ethnic wear, fashion, or premium retail store.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Handle customers politely and professionally throughout their visit.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their preferences and budget.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a positive showroom experience.
- Support sales targets and contribute to achieving showroom goals.
- Maintain proper presentation and display of jewellery and showroom merchandise.
- Follow company policies and maintain skilled grooming standards.




- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the team to resolve concerns.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Experience with Clothing Brands / Ethnic Wear / Fashion Retail will be preferred.
- Jewellery showroom experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be presentable, well-groomed, and confident.
- Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.
- Should be polite, courteous, and service-oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing showroom environment.
- Candidates who are comfortable with sales targets are preferred.

Weekly Off: Tuesday (Fixed)
