Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 6+ years of SAP experience, including at least 1 end-to-end SAP implementation project and 4+ years of SAP FICO application support experience. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP Finance processes, resolving business-critical issues, participating in ongoing projects, and ensuring seamless integration between SAP Finance and other business applications.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise and configuratoin knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing, along with cross-functional integration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

SAP FICO Support
Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for SAP FICO-related issues.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Handle change requests, enhancements, and system improvements.
SAP FICO Functional Areas
General Ledger (GL) , Accounts Payable (AP) , Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA (preferred), Bank Accounting and Electronic Payments




Project & Enhancement Support, Participate in at least one end-to-end implementation project.
Assist in business requirement gathering and solution design.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
Participate in rollout projects and system upgrades.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
Integration Management

- Relevant Pharmaceutical industry project experience/expertise of the proposed consultant.

Strong understanding of integration between:

SAP MM (Procure-to-Pay) , SAP SD (Order-to-Cash), SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP QM (Quality Management)

Experience working with:

P2P Applications
IVIM/OpenText Invoice Management (preferred) , Banking Interfaces , Workflow and Approval Systems
Required Skills
SAP Functional Skills
Strong SAP FICO configuration and support knowledge. , Experience in AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, and Costing.
Understanding of financial closing and reconciliation processes. , Master data management knowledge.
Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance preferred. , Implementation Experience
Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP implementation project.
Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and deployment activities.
Understanding of SAP project methodologies.
6 days working (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
