A Quality Control (QC) Inspector checks raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet company and safety standards.

Core Responsibilities

- Inspect Materials: Check raw goods and incoming inventory against technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor Production: Test and measure items during the manufacturing process to catch defects early.
- Approve or Reject Goods: Accept passing items and remove or discard products that fail to meet standards.
- Document Results: Record test data, log defects, and write inspection reports.
- Recommend Improvements: Share feedback with production supervisors to fix recurring quality issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Reading: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and product specifications.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with measuring devices like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to spot small defects or deviations.
- Communication: Transparent reporting of faults to the production team.
- Education: High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in a technical field, depending on the industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
