Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Agriculture Formulation Scientist to join our R&D; team. This role develops and optimises formulations for agricultural products such as microbial bio-fertilisers, bio-fungicides, bio-pesticides, bio-herbicides, bio-stimulants, and mixed micronutrients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in formulation chemistry, material compatibility, and product stability to enhance the performance and sustainability of Agri-biological inputs.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and optimise formulations for agrochemical and biological products, including liquid and solid formulations.
 Conduct laboratory research, formulation trials, and stability studies to improve product efficacy and shelf life.
 Select appropriate active ingredients, excipients, surfactants, and adjuvants to achieve desired product properties.
 Evaluate physical and chemical characteristics, including solubility, dispersibility, viscosity, and pH stability.
 Design and execute experiments to test formulation performance under different environmental conditions.
 Work with cross-functional teams,



including regulatory, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure formulation scalability and compliance.
 Troubleshoot formulation-related challenges during scale-up and commercial production.
 Maintain accurate documentation of research findings, formulation compositions, and experimental procedures.
 Stay updated with advancements in agricultural formulations, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:
 Education: Masters or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Formulation Science, Agricultural Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
 Experience: 2+ years of experience in agrochemical formulation, bio-pesticide chemistry, or related fields.
 Robust knowledge of emulsions, suspensions, dispersions, microencapsulation, and other formulation technologies.
 Hands-on experience with formulation techniques, laboratory equipment, and analytical methods (HPLC, GC, rheology testing, etc.).
 Understanding of regulatory guidelines for agricultural products (EPA, EU regulations, REACH, etc.).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
