Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Officer – Retail to drive retail sales by visiting dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and other potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing product visibility in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and prospective customers regularly.
- Generate recent retail business and develop new dealer/retailer networks.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote and explain company products, applications, and benefits to customers.




- Generate leads and convert prospects into regular customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and retailers.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
- Collect market feedback and share it with the Sales Manager.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit regular sales updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
