- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, chat, and other online platforms.
- Respond to customer messages professionally and on time.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the correct information.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into potential customers.
- Share company services, pricing, and other details with customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales and HR teams when required.
- Handle customer complaints and forward important issues to the concerned team.
- Ensure regular follow-up with interested customers.

Requirements:

- Good communication and typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer applications.
- Kannada and English communication preferred.
- Positive customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under targets and follow up consistently.
- Freshers can also apply.
