Job Summary
We are looking for a target-oriented Telesales Executive responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining products, converting leads into sales, and maintaining customer relationships through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
- Explain company products, features, applications, and pricing.
- Convert leads into orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer records and update call/lead status.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for qualified leads and customer visits.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain daily call and sales reports.
