We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Executive with experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, particularly in Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV services.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying project bills, reviewing BOQs, checking quantities against approved drawings and site measurements, and ensuring accurate and timely billing. The role requires close coordination with project managers, site engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills.
- Verify quantities based on approved drawings, BOQs, and actual site execution.
- Prepare measurement sheets, billing abstracts, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor billed quantities against BOQ quantities and work progress.
- Prepare and maintain records of extra items, variations,



and deviation statements.
- Coordinate with site teams and clients for bill verification, certification, and approvals.
- Track submitted bills, certified amounts, deductions, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely submission.

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant experience in MEP project billing.
- Good understanding of BOQs, technical drawings, and quantity calculations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet billing deadlines.
