The Employees Role in cronological order:
- Generate Purchase Order
- Communicate PO to supplier via email or Whatsapp
- Take Acknowledgement
- Get the Order Confirmation and Delivery Date
- Visit supplier in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Anand, Rajkot, Surat, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore once a week or once in a month depending on situation
- Chase the Order
- Ensure smooth Transportation
- Receive The Goods
- Match PO and Purchase Invoice in Tally System (Includes Scanning Documents)
Company is Strict in Systematic Documentation, Attendance in Person and Leaves.
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
