Lab Incharge – Hospital Experience

Location: Tiruppur & Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: Minimum 5 Years Industry: Hospital / Healthcare Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Lab Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospital laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating laboratory activities, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily laboratory operations and workflow.
- Coordinate and allocate duties among laboratory staff.
- Ensure proper handling, processing, and documentation of samples.
- Monitor laboratory equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Maintain quality standards and follow laboratory procedures.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of laboratory materials and samples.
- Monitor inventory of reagents, consumables, and other laboratory supplies.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and reports.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams regarding laboratory requirements.




- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable laboratory guidelines.
- Support audits, inspections, and quality-related activities.
- Train and guide laboratory staff as required.

Requirements

- Relevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology / Life Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Previous hospital/healthcare laboratory experience is required.
- Experience in supervising or managing laboratory staff.
- Good knowledge of laboratory procedures, documentation, and quality practices.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Valuable organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
