- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential customers in food processing, dairy, fruits and vegetables, pharmaceuticals, hotels, and cold storage industries.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate for technical discussions and site surveys.
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and basic technical proposals for cold rooms and refrigeration equipment.
- Promote PUF/PIR panels, insulated doors, refrigeration units, freezer rooms, chiller rooms, and ripening chambers.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with the engineering, purchase, and project execution teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and lead follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Explore new markets and business opportunities across Maharashtra and other regions of India.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
- Good communication,



negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of refrigeration, HVAC, insulation panels, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred for field sales activities.
- Freshers with a strong interest in technical sales are welcome to apply.
