JOB DESCRIPTION – Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive with experience in sales, customer service, or textile-related fields. The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle customer enquiries, and a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Qualification & Experience

- Plus Two or a Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a textile-related field.
- Relevant sales experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain products and services clearly to customers
- Identify customer needs and generate potential sales leads
- Encourage potential customers to convert into sales
- Follow up with customers to close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth sales operations
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups

Required Skills

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of CRM software or systems is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience in a boutique or textile showroom.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Experience in customer handling and sales conversion.

Salary Package

₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
