Job Summary:

Responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) as per process requirements and drawings to produce precision components with high accuracy, surface finish, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up VMC machines according to production requirements.
- Load and verify CNC programs before production.
- Perform tool setting, tool changing, and tool offset corrections.
- Set workpiece zero (Work Offset) and verify machine alignment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Inspect first-off and in-process components using measuring instruments.
- Monitor machining operations to maintain product quality.
- Troubleshoot minor machines, tooling, and program-related issues.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:





- Hands-on experience in Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi control systems.
- Strong understanding of fixture setup, tool selection, and machining parameters.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and G-code programs.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments and inspection methods.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

- Engineering drawing reading GD&T; (Preferred)
- Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, Bore Gauge
- Basic troubleshooting

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
