MIR Mosaic is a fast-growing, market-leading manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of luxury mosaics and porcelain tiles. We are expanding our e-commerce operations and looking for an experienced E-Commerce Associate to help drive our growth across leading global marketplaces.

About the Role

As an E-Commerce Associate, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to grow sales, improve product visibility, optimize listings, and maximize revenue across third-party marketplaces.

You will work closely with Digital Marketing, Product Management, Warehouse Operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
- Upload products accurately with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, specifications, and content.
- Manage inventory across various platforms using advanced Excel skills.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase marketplace sales and revenue.
- Manage product data and marketing content across marketplace partners and distribution networks.
- Monitor competitor pricing, marketplace trends, promotions, and opportunities.
- Optimize sales, marketing, and advertising performance across different marketplaces.
- Manage promotional activities while ensuring compliance with budgets and inventory requirements.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new product/item setup on platforms such as Amazon Brand Stores.
- Monitor listing coverage, identify errors, and resolve listing-related issues.
- Update product listings based on market trends, promotions, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Improve listing performance, including conversion rate, sales, impressions, CTR, and overall profitability.
- Monitor and manage marketplace selling fees and related costs.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and SLA requirements.
- Monitor customer touchpoints such as product reviews, feedback, and customer questions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace contacts.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, features, trends, and best practices.
- Analyze marketplace performance and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Take a test-and-learn approach by conducting experiments, analyzing results, and applying insights to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing one or more major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Proven experience in successfully managing and growing marketplace businesses.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, advertising, marketing, compliance, and SLA requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in product data management.




- Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging and SEO-friendly content.
- Advanced Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP
- INDEX & MATCH
- IF functions
- Data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools/software is preferred.

Education

- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant E-Commerce experience.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday
8-hour shift

The candidate will be required to work according to IST working hours, with occasional meetings scheduled according to US time zones.

Location

Vadodara, Gujarat

This is an in-office position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Vadodara or relocate before joining.
