We are looking for a dedicated, qualified, and passionate PGT Chemistry Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to make complex chemical concepts easy to understand.
The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students of Classes IX TO XII, preparing them for board examinations, conducting practical sessions, and helping students achieve academic excellence.
Accommodation facility will be provided by the school to the selected candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to students of Classes IX TO XII according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Explain concepts of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry effectively.
- Prepare students for CBSE/ISC board examinations, as applicable.
- Guide students in solving numerical problems and understanding chemical reactions and equations.
- Prepare question papers, conduct regular tests, evaluate answer sheets, and maintain student performance records.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual academic support.
- Conduct Chemistry practical classes and ensure proper laboratory safety.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage interactive learning.
- Coordinate with colleagues and school management to achieve academic objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed.(Optional) qualification preferred or required as per school recruitment norms.
- Prior experience teaching Classes XI and XII will be an advantage.
- Freshers with robust subject knowledge and a passion for teaching may also apply.
- Good communication skills and classroom management abilities.
- Robust command of the relevant board curriculum.
