Position: Production Engineer
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Location: Kasna Site 5, Greater Noida

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities in the injection moulding department.
- Monitor injection moulding machines and ensure smooth production operations.
- Set and optimize machine parameters, including temperature, pressure, cycle time, and injection speed.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality.
- Troubleshoot machine, moulding, and process-related issues such as flash, short shots, sink marks, and warpage.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams to resolve production issues.
- Monitor rejection rates, cycle time, productivity, and machine utilization.
- Ensure proper mould setting, mould changeovers, and process optimization.
- Maintain production reports, shift reports, rejection records, and downtime reports.
- Implement 5S, safety standards, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes and production operations.
- Experience in machine setting, parameter optimization, and mould changeovers.
- Knowledge of mould troubleshooting and defect analysis.




- Understanding of production planning, quality control, and rejection reduction.
- Knowledge of cycle time optimization and productivity improvement.
- Familiarity with 5S, safety procedures, and continuous improvement.
- Valuable problem-solving, team coordination, and reporting skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, or a relevant field preferred.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the injection moulding industry.
- Candidates with practical experience in production handling, machine operations, and process troubleshooting will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
