We are looking for an experienced professional to manage purchase, stores, inventory, imports, customs clearance, and documentation in an electronics manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of electronic components, PCBs, consumables, and spare parts.
- Handle vendor development, quotations, price negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Manage stores, GRN, inventory control, stock verification, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate imports, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and CHA activities.
- Handle import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Entry, BL/AWB, and related records.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality,



Finance, and logistics partners.
- Maintain ERP records, MIS reports, and audit documentation.

Requirements

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Purchase, Stores, and Import Management.
- Electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic components, BOM, customs clearance, and import procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
