About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company providing professional property solutions for buyers, sellers, property owners, investors, and businesses. We support clients with property discovery, marketing, coordination, and commercial real estate transactions.

We are looking for a responsible and organised Commercial Property Manager to manage commercial property requirements, coordinate with property owners and clients, and support sales and leasing activities. The candidate will identify suitable commercial spaces, manage property enquiries, arrange site visits, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage enquiries related to commercial properties available for sale or lease.
- Identify suitable office spaces, retail outlets, showrooms, warehouses, and other commercial properties.
- Coordinate with property owners, landlords, tenants, buyers, and business clients.
- Understand client requirements, including location, budget, property size, and facilities.
- Source and onboard commercial properties based on client requirements.
- Arrange property visits and coordinate schedules with clients and owners.
- Follow up with clients and property owners to progress deals.




- Assist with negotiations, documentation coordination, and transaction closure.
- Maintain updated records of property details, client requirements, and enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and business clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and smooth operations.
- Monitor ongoing deals and provide regular updates to management.

Skills Required

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination and client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of commercial property sales and leasing is an advantage.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple property enquiries and requirements.
- Problem-solving skills and a professional approach to client handling.
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred.
