We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Collection Manager to manage branch collection operations, lead the collection team, achieve assigned targets, and ensure effective recovery from customers. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, field operations, customer follow-up, reporting, and overall branch collection performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the overall collection and recovery activities of the branch.
- Lead, guide, and motivate Collection Executives and Field Officers to achieve assigned targets.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets for the team.
- Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective action where required.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers for outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
- Plan and monitor field visits and ensure proper customer coverage.
- Handle important, high-value, and difficult recovery cases effectively.




- Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce overdue accounts.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding payment commitments and settlements.
- Ensure proper documentation and updating of collection records.
- Review DCR, collection reports, pending cases, and daily performance reports.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with Banks, clients, backend teams, and other departments whenever required.
- Ensure that all team members follow company policies, collection procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve branch-level collection targets and contribute to overall organizational growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
