Telecaller – Job Description

Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.
- Introduce the company and explain our textile/fabric products and services.
- Generate new sales leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
- Follow up with existing leads and customers regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and share suitable product details.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team and forward qualified leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure professional communication.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English is preferred.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.




- Experience in textile/fabric/saree sales or telecalling will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer applications.
- Positive attitude, confidence and good convincing skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
