About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Footwear Merchandiser with a solid understanding of the

footwear industry to manage product merchandising, stock coordination, MIS reporting, and

vendor communication.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock availability, coordinating with vendors for

timely replenishment, maintaining accurate MIS reports, and working closely with internal teams

to ensure smooth product availability and execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day merchandising activities for footwear products.

● Coordinate with vendors regarding stock availability, replenishment, dispatches, and

delivery timelines.

● Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports related to stock, sales, inventory, purchase

orders, and product movement.

● Monitor SKU-wise, size-wise, and style-wise stock levels and identify shortages or

excess inventory.

● Coordinate with vendors for production and stock updates based on business

requirements.

● Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders, dispatch status, delivery schedules,

and discrepancies.

● Coordinate with the warehouse, purchase, sales, e-commerce, and planning teams

for smooth stock movement.

● Track stock ageing and highlight slow-moving and non-moving inventory.





● Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, stock receipts, pending quantities, and

vendor commitments.

● Analyse sales and inventory data to support replenishment and stock planning.

● Ensure timely availability of key footwear styles and sizes.

● Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and share relevant updates with management.

● Resolve stock-related issues and discrepancies in coordination with vendors and internal

teams.

● Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely communication and

follow-up.

● Support management in inventory planning and merchandising decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–5 years of experience in footwear merchandising or a closely related footwear role.

● Strong understanding of footwear products, SKUs, sizes, colours, and product

categories.

● Positive knowledge of inventory and stock management.

● Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

● Ability to prepare and analyse stock and sales reports.

● Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills.

● Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

● Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.

● Experience in footwear brands, retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
