Job Summary

Rubystone Hospitality is looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other hotel facilities.
- Allocate duties and prepare duty rosters for housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Monitor room readiness and coordinate with the Front Office team for timely room allocation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory management of linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, grooming, hygiene, and guest service standards.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally.




- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, lost-and-found registers, and stock reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor staff performance and minimize wastage of cleaning materials and supplies.

Eligibility Criteria

- 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Previous experience in supervising housekeeping staff is preferred.
- Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a guest-focused approach.
