About the Role:

Brands increasingly connect with shoppers in digital ecosystems, and this role sits at the centre of that journey. As an eCommerce Media Executive, you will lead the planning and execution of retailer search and digital campaigns across eCommerce and quick commerce channels.

You will act as the bridge between media and eCommerce, ensuring media strategies are tightly aligned with sales objectives. Working cross-functionally with Media, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Brand teams, alongside agency partners, you will deliver integrated campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of eCommerce media campaigns• Leverage post-campaign analysis and sales data to identify opportunities and optimize future plans• Own performance marketing: KPI tracking, reporting, data analysis, and insight generation across platforms• Embed a structured test-and-learn approach, maintaining a clear learning agenda• Optimize media mix and touchpoints to maximize eRetail ROAS, including effective use of CPAS and trade-offs• Strengthen partnerships with agencies and platforms, staying ahead of industry best practices• Conduct monthly reviews (pre- and post-campaign analysis) to drive continuous improvement

About You:

- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Marketing
- 3-4 years’ experience at a middle level in Marketing and Media gained in companies with strong expertise in category management.
- Expertise in FMCG, Brand Marketing and Media Management
- Understanding of different markets and cultures




- Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Italian Proficiency stakeholders.
