We’re Hiring: - Estimation Executive (Indoor Sales -Pune)

Location: Dhole Patil Road, Pune.

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in furniture fittings or architectural hardware? We’re looking for a proactive Estimation Executive to join our dynamic sales team and play a key role in driving accurate quotations and seamless order execution. How is Ready to relocate to Pune.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare accurate quotations using system software & Excel by referring to our product catalogue

· Process LPOs efficiently and coordinate with stores for timely deliveries

· Track orders and upcoming shipments to ensure on-time client fulfilment

· Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for special or customized items

· Maintain quotation registers and organized records of pending LPOs

· Communicate with clients to resolve queries and provide technical support

· Handle professional email communication, follow-ups, and status updates





· Deliver excellent customer service with a client-centric approach

· Manage time effectively to meet quotation deadlines and client expectations

Preferred Industry Experience: -

Furniture fittings, architectural tools, hardware manufacturing or distribution

Qualifications: -

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

· Sales-related certifications are an added advantage

Experience: - 2–4 years of direct sales experience in furniture fittings

Key Skills: -

· Robust English communication (written & verbal)

· Good product knowledge

· Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Working Hours: - 6 days a week | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: - As per industry standards, based on experience and last drawn salary
