Job Description – Collection Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Collection Executive for our Khambhat location. The candidate will be responsible for field collection of EMI dues, follow-up with customers, recovery of overdue/NPA accounts, and achieving assigned collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers in the assigned territory for EMI collection and recovery of overdue accounts.
- Handle collection of NPA and delinquent accounts as assigned.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and portfolio-wise collection/recovery targets.
- Maintain regular customer contact and resolve payment-related issues professionally.
- Identify difficult/defaulting cases and report them to the Collection Manager.
- Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily collection reports/MIS.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager, Collection Manager, and other internal teams.
- Conduct regular field visits within Khambhat and nearby assigned areas.
- Follow company collection procedures, compliance requirements, and fair-practice guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Collection, Recovery, Finance, NBFC, Banking,



or related field operations.
- Experience in vehicle finance / 3-wheeler finance collection will be preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and achieve collection targets.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of Khambhat and nearby areas will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can communicate effectively in Gujarati will be preferred.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in vehicle finance collection, NPA recovery, EMI collection, or NBFC collection operations will be preferred.
