Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily activities across Purchase & Sales, Loading, Accounts, Documentation and Market Rate operations.

- Ensure tasks assigned by Management are properly communicated, followed up and completed on time.

- Monitor employee productivity, discipline, accountability and pending work.

- Track business operations from Sauda confirmation through Loading, Documentation, Accounts and Closure.

- Coordinate between departments and resolve operational bottlenecks.

- Conduct regular follow-ups on pending tasks and delayed matters.

- Identify performance gaps and handle employee-related operational issues professionally.

- Escalate critical business matters to Management at the right time.

- Prepare concise daily and weekly management reports/dashboards covering priorities, delays and pending actions.

- Develop and maintain simple systems/processes to improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

- Has 7-8+ years of relevant experience, preferably with team-management responsibility.

- Has experience managing approximately 25–30 employees.

- Is firm, disciplined and respectful in employee handling.





- Has excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.

- Can take ownership and get work completed through people.

- Is comfortable working directly with business owners/management.

- Has positive working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and business software.

- Has strong communication and coordination skills.

- Can handle confidential information with integrity.

Experience in commodity trading, agro/rice business, logistics, distribution, brokerage, import-export, FMCG or other trading businesses will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
