**Experience:** 3–7 years in Construction Stores ,Construction ERP / Inventory Management Software

Material Receiving & Verification

- Verify materials against **Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Challan (DC), Invoice and Material Request (MR)**.

- Check quantity, specifications, make/brand and physical condition of materials.

- Prepare and maintain **Material Receipt Note (MRN/GRN)** in the ERP system.

- report shortages, damages or wrong materials to the concerned department.

Material Issue to Site

- Issue materials only against approved **Material Requisition / Material Indent**.

- Record material issues accurately in ERP.

- Material Consumption Report

- Weekly Stock Statement

- Monthly Stock Statement

- Material Reconciliation Report

- ERP entries accuracy and timely updating

- Physical vs ERP stock accuracy

- Material availability at site

- Reduction of material wastage

- Proper material storage

- Timely reporting of shortages

- Control of excess/non-moving stock

- Documentation accuracy

- Contractor-wise material control

- Monthly stock reconciliation

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
