Social Media Manager

Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our new social media team and take responsibility for social media marketing, lead generation, campaign performance and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the Social Media Team.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Monitor incoming social media enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Plan and supervise reels, posts, videos and promotional content.
- Monitor paid campaigns, lead quality, cost per lead and conversions.
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve results.
- Prepare easy performance reports for management.




- Coordinate with the Admissions and Operations teams for lead conversion.

Requirements

- Knowledge/experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Understanding of Meta Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work with targets and take responsibility for results.
- Experience in lead generation or performance marketing is preferred.

Compensation

₹25,000 fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives.

Incentives will be linked to quality leads, conversions, campaign performance and achievement of monthly targets.

Education/EdTech experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
