Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, business-minded individual to identify growth opportunities, develop ideas, and execute initiatives that drive business growth. The role extends beyond digital marketing, requiring an understanding of business development, campaign planning, and measurable results within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in the financial services sector.
- Develop and execute campaigns to support business growth, market presence, and client acquisition.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including content planning and online and offline campaigns.




- Track performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative, develop practical ideas, and execute tasks independently.
- Willingness to learn about financial products, investments, and the financial services industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
