Job Summary:
The Plant Head will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Soya Plant, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch, Manpower, Safety, Raw Material Management, Cost Control and overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall plant operations and ensure smooth coordination among all departments.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
- Monitor production output, yield, power consumption and manpower productivity.
- Ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity, machinery and manpower.
- Identify and reduce production losses, downtime and process bottlenecks.




- Ensure availability and proper utilization of raw materials.
- Monitor production costs, wastage, power/fuel consumption and manpower costs.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and minimize machinery breakdowns.
- Monitor utilities such as power, water, steam and fuel for efficient utilization.
- Ensure statutory compliance, workplace safety, hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in plant efficiency, productivity and cost reduction.

Candidate Profile:

- Robust experience in food processing plant operations, preferably Soya/Cereal/Pulses.
- Proven experience in plant-level leadership and team management.
- Good knowledge of production planning, maintenance, quality, safety and cost control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
