Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial building construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, timely execution, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Handle construction activities for residential apartments, villas, commercial buildings, office buildings, and other building projects.
- Supervise RCC, foundation, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and site teams.
- Review and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings and ensure proper execution at site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure construction activities are completed as per the approved schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor material requirements, usage, quality, and wastage.
- Supervise RCC works including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Identify technical and site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment, and daily work progress.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports.
- Assist with quantity estimation, measurements, BOQ verification, and contractor bill verification.
- Coordinate with the safety team to ensure compliance with construction safety procedures.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and other project teams.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, quality standards, and budget.
- Report project progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager / Management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Strong hands-on experience in both residential and commercial building projects.
- Good knowledge of RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality standards, and site practices.
- Strong contractor, subcontractor, and manpower management skills.
- Good knowledge of quantity estimation, measurements, BOQ, and billing.
- Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Should have strong hands-on experience in site execution and project coordination.
- Should be capable of independently managing civil construction activities at the project site.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, cost control, and timely project completion.
- Willingness to work at construction project sites.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
